chicken masala (50gm)

Ingredients

Coriander, Red Chilli, Black Pepper, Fennel, Salt, Dry Ginger, Cinnamon, Garlic, Bay Leaf, Nutmeg, Asafoetida, and Turmeric.

How to Prepare

1. Wash 1 kg of chicken and keep it aside.

2. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sauté 150 g of chopped onions until golden brown.

3. Add 100 g of chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

4. Add 50 g of Chicken Masala and cook until the oil begins to separate.

5. Pour in 200 ml of water and add salt to taste.

6. Add the chicken pieces, cover the pan, and simmer until the chicken is tender.

7. Stir in 50 g of coconut paste and cook until the gravy thickens.

8. Serve hot with rice, chapati, parotta, or dosa.

செய்முறை

1 கிலோ சிக்கன் துண்டுகளை நன்கு கழுவி வைத்துக்கொள்ளவும். ஒரு வாணலியில் 3 மேசைக்கரண்டி எண்ணெய் ஊற்றி, 150 கிராம் நறுக்கிய வெங்காயத்தை பொன்னிறமாகும் வரை வதக்கவும். பின்னர் 100 கிராம் நறுக்கிய தக்காளியைச் சேர்த்து நன்கு மென்மையாகும் வரை வதக்கவும். அதனுடன் 50 கிராம் சிக்கன் மசாலாவை சேர்த்து எண்ணெய் பிரியும் வரை வதக்கவும். தேவையான அளவு உப்பு மற்றும் 200 மில்லி தண்ணீர் சேர்த்து கலக்கவும். பின்னர் சிக்கன் துண்டுகளைச் சேர்த்து மூடி வைத்து நன்கு வேக விடவும். சிக்கன் வெந்ததும் 50 கிராம் தேங்காய் விழுதைச் சேர்த்து குழம்பு கெட்டியாகும் வரை சமைக்கவும். சுவையான சிக்கன் குழம்பு பரிமாறத் தயாராகும்.
